For our Global Business Services center in Kraków, we are looking for a Compliance Data Specialist who will be responsible for supporting Jacobs US Third-Party Compliance (3PC) platforms and report directly to the local GBS Management.
As a Compliance Data Specialist you will contribute to improvement of current processes and of response time to client requirements and communications.


Key responsibilities:
  • Monitoring all 3PC USA accounts (web-based databases) for hiring client compliance requirements 
  • Administration of the Site Tracker process
  • Administration of Client Training requests and Online Training process
  • Administration of required document review and acknowledgment process
  • Supporting the 3PC Team in a range of administrative tasks
  • Master’s or Bachelor degree, preferably in an analytical field
  • 1-2 years of experience in data administration, preferably in Document Control, Supplier Qualification or H&S
  • Understanding of Health & Safety field will be an asset
  • Advanced English skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to report and track information accurately and concisely in web-based databases and Excel workbooks (advanced knowledge of Excel will be an asset)
  • Ability to complete administrative tasks in a quality and time-efficient manner to meet all deadlines
  • Desire and ability to work with a team
