Junior Operations Metrics Analyst

Overview:

Our Operation MI Team provides reporting support to our clients. We analyze the data to make sure that all contractual requirements have been met. We also look for improvement opportunities to make sure that we serve our clients in the best possible way. We work, learn and succeed together as
a team.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of daily/ weekly/monthly reports
• New reports design
• Driving process analysis
• Liaising with stakeholders to identify and implement improvement ideas
• Driving process improvement projects

Requirements:

• Very good English - C1 minimum
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills - you can combine different sets of data to work out whats happening and how the problem can be solved
• Experience in using MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Very good VBA knowledge is an asset
• Good time management which allows you to manage your own time and meet deadlines even under time pressure
• Adaptability - you can switch priorities quickly when things change and focus on new goals
