What do you need to start?

  • Ability to work in truly international environment and communicate with senior managers in Capgemini as global organization (various countries and Business Units)
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in English
  • Any additional language (even only spoken/basic) – nice to have
  • transformational mindset with proactive attitude  (ability to identify process gaps and offer/implement improvements)
  • Organisational skills / good task management
  • Good excel/reporting skills
  • Client oriented

Its not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:
  • Previous experience and/or understanding of Supply Chain Management and Resource Management
  • knowledge of any of the following tools Retain (R2D2) , THOR, Qliksense

 

What duties will help you grow?

  • Working with Regional Resource Managers to improve alignment between R2D2 demands and sales opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining a network of sales and account representatives to get early heads-up about new deal pipeline, bringing better visibility of incoming projects to staffing and delivery teams for proper capacity planning and upskilling.
  • Ensuring high level of R2D2 demand data quality
  • Facilitating cooperation between multiple local RM teams in support of optimal resource allocation across P&C practice globally and on-time demand fulfilment
  • Acting as SPOC for staffing multiregional deals to streamline communication between the resource demand requestor and local RM teams, creating cross-country shortlists of best matching candidates for complex or rare skillset roles

 

What your development path can look like?


As a Resource Demand Coordinator you will be part of the Global Resource Supply Chain team within P&C. The role aims to improve visibility of both firm and unfirm pipeline of upcoming demand for human resources by teaming up with Sales and Accounts teams as well as closely cooperating with RM communities across all P&C geographies to facilitate optimal resource allocation across P&C practice globally.
